What the assistant is, and is not
This is an AI assistant. It tells customers it is automated. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, take payments, or make final bookings on its own. Every booking request is confirmed by you.
We do not promise more bookings or revenue. Conversations are processed by a third-party AI chat provider, and we tell you which one before setup.

Frequently asked questions
Will customers know it is a bot?
Yes. The assistant introduces itself as automated and offers a way to reach you.
Can it book appointments by itself?
No. It collects requests. You confirm.
What if it does not know the answer?
It says it is not sure and shares your contact details.
Where does the information come from?
Only what you provide and approve.
What happens to customer messages?
They are handled by the chat provider used for your setup, and booking requests are emailed to you. We tell you which provider that is before you sign up.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, any time.

Privacy note
This site has no accounts, no contact form and no advertising trackers. We collect only what you choose to email to info@mihnowus.com, and we use it to reply and to do the work you ask for. We do not sell it. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address when the page loads. For questions or to ask us to delete your emails, write to info@mihnowus.com.
